Already have your wedding/event planned, vendors and venue confirmed, and just need someone to run the show for you on the big day? We’ll meet with you prior to the event to get all the details, listen to your vision for how you want things to flow, confirm with your vendors, and will execute flawlessly so you can enjoy every magical moment of the day.

Scheduled walk through of venue(s)
Venue/Vendor confirmations a month prior
Day-of onsite coordination & event setup by 1 Event Manager (additional assistants available as needed)
Event rehearsal coordination & management
Execute your day-of timeline and keep everything on schedule
Final payment/gift/tip distribution to vendors at end of event

Our Month-of Coordination Package starts at $1700. Depending on the complexity of your wedding additional staff may be needed. Please email us to schedule a complimentary consultation so we can create a more detailed estimate.
