We have been in this wedding planning game for 8 years now, and over time we’ve found the BEST wedding vendors along the way. We’re committed to working with our family of wedding vendors, in order to create magical moments for your family. As such, these are the vendors you can expect to have at your wedding. For each wedding, we allow clients to swap out 1-2 vendors for any personal contacts or very special requests 🙂

4-6 months lead time- Shared Google docs folder

- Day-of Timeline development
- Budget Tracking

Full Service
$15K
6-12 months lead time- Everything in Partial Planning Package, with these upgrades:
- Meetings 1x/month (1 year out) & 2x/month (2 months out)
- Full Event Design, Lookbook creation, and Rentals Management
- FULL Vendor Management for all wedding vendors
- Hotel Block Coordination
Custom Curated
$20K
6-12 months lead time- Everything included in Full Service Package, but with the ability to choose your own venue.
- Extra travel fees apply for weddings more than 60 miles outside of SF zip code 94103.
All Packages Include Day of Coordination:
- 10 hours onsite coordinationÂ
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination (day before)
- Week of Venue & Vendor confirmations
- Event setup management
- Execution of day-of timeline
- Final payment/gift/tip distribution to vendors at end of event
- Event breakdown & collection of leftover items
